Should I apply for mod if I meet the requirements in the future?

I’m assuming you need to be sub-forum mod before a general one and I haven’t hit that 1000 posts minimum yet but in the future I’d want to be mod I can’t lie. I’m active for hours a day on .org and fit all the other criteria, I might as well apply.

Besides it sometimes seems like the mods aren’t online at certain times.

What do you guys think?
