there's a good way, get a cotton bud put some of the minoxidil on it, close your eye a d then move the cotton bud slightly on your eyelashes line.

Just get bimatoprost brother that shit genuinely saved me plus generic bimatoprost cost me 3x cheaper than topical minoxidil
