Should I approach a girl who is in same class as me but in different sections and has different subject

I took admission in new school I m mog my whole class I m pretty tall than most of my classmates
So she in same class but in different section and we have different subjects but we got two subjects that are same so she come in my class (her section get combined with our class) so that's the only time I can see her and sometimes in the lunch break
So She looks at me and make eye contacts and sometimes just don't but most of the time she looks when I was new she didn't used to sit near me but now she just sit near me on my beside bench she don't smile while looking at me just the ND stare she gives me and I give to her i also got to knew about her my classmates told me she doesn't talk to the boys and also today (15/7/2026)
She had a argument with a girl and she slapped her (that made her mood bad)
So should I approach her later or it's just over i shouldn't look at her and accept my fate btw she's hmtb

imo js approach and make it casual, either ask straight up, or become freinds with her and play the "long game". it doesn't matter what subject or section ur in. just get ur foot in the door and go from there, it'll be natural afterwards.
