Should I ask her to Netflix and chill

So update to my last post. We went out on a date with the girl I was talking about. Long story short she goes to a private college her parents have many homes and she is the type of girl I was expecting (going out on parties every week with her female AND male friends, leaving the parties with random dudes' cars cuz she has no driver license) and all in all I paid for some cocktails and I barely kissed her in the lips at the end of the date cuz they were people around and she acted "shy". She's not my type of girl but she wasn't snobbish. Her vibes were fine but nothing special. So do you guys suggest me to ask her to chill to one of her homes or mine for a 2nd date and go all in or try another date in hopes to minimize rejection and to "make her feel more comfortable"?
