My right masseter is bigger than my left, likely from always chewing and sleeping on that side. Because of this, the right side looks more bloated and less defined, while the left looks slimmer and more structured overall.
However, under good lighting and when I’m fully relaxed, the right side actually looks better, wider and more balanced, while the left looks weaker unless I clench a bit.
I’m stuck between atrophying the right or growing the left to fix the asymmetry. But I’m unsure if the fullness on the right is only from the masseter or also from some bloat or fat.
What would be the best move for long-term aesthetics?
