obviously bro, just eat a lot but a lot but a lot of meat, a lot of eggs, a lot of fruits and vegetables, just eat a lot, and very nutritious food, just eat, stuff yourself with food, don't go to the gym, do sports like running, do some pull-ups and squats with your own weight, and be happy bro, don't care about girls now, just evolve

At your age it's of utmost importance that you receive enough nutrition because malnourishment during this stage of puberty is essentially guaranteed to permanently negatively affect your physical appearance and overall health (such as height and as you mentioned, bone density). Anyone below 18 (and especially below 16) should never really be in a caloric deficit unless they're genuinely obese and even they, they would need to have an incredibly nutritionally dense and rich diet as well as potentially certain supplements. Don't worry too much about the more extreme aspects of looksmaxxing at your age, focus on maintaining a good diet, drinking sufficient water, taking care of your skin, being physically active and getting a good haircut. If you do this, you will be ahead of 90% of people your age.

do not cut whatsoever during puberty, it can affect your projected height. Only worry about these types of things at around 16-18
