so workout in the morning and all your problems are solved

also it doesnt matter because GH peaks 4 hours after you inject it so you just cant eat after you inject for however many hours

I work out at night because 1 it’s dead the gym, 2 I have all my meals in me and I’m fully hydrated.

Just avoid side effects and reap the benefits of the drugs your taking, no need to risk anything for minimal benefit especially if you have genetic predisposition to such conditions like insulin resistance and pre-diabetes or diabetes, its best to stay on the safe side and spread your macros throughout the day and supplement to keep blood sugar/insulin levels in check. Remember the best protocol isn't the one that gives the quickest results it's the one that's the most sustainable long term at the lowest effective dose for the growth you're trying to produce and the goal you are attempting to reach.

Thank you for the info, I should’ve mentioned I’m not on HGH rn or anything. I’m full natural, just really wanted to see if eating before bed especially a heavy carb meal would mess up your natural GH production.

just eat some tasty protein with a tiny bit of carbs

maybe keep the fats low to prevent randle cycle and slower digestion
