what should i do until im 15?focus on building enough muscle first (get protein) if ur skinny fat then do a body recomposition. when you start working out your body is gonna be confused (depends if youre gymming or doing calisthenics) so don't force yourself (if i were your age i'd start weightlifting at 15-16)
