im ~181cm at 13 and ~67kg with basically no muscle
 
ure skinny with no muscle thinking about a calorie deficit:feelsuhh: bottom 5 threads of all time

Post physique i don't know if you're fat or lean bro, nobody can answer this question without knowing how fat you are. 181 is great for 13, you might have like 190cm potential so i would probably not go too deep into a cal deficit if you do. Also gymmaxx immediately before you look like slenderman
 
focus on building enough muscle first (get protein) if ur skinny fat then do a body recomposition. when you start working out your body is gonna be confused (depends if youre gymming or doing calisthenics) so don't force yourself (if i were your age i'd start weightlifting at 15-16)
