Should I be in a caloric deficit at 15 or just not worry about it
 
No clean bulk during puberty you need proper bone development.

If youre fat (>17% body fat) you can cut slowly and maingain from a better starting point (12% for example)

if your not very fat no, in order to grow your bones you need to eat, just get in minimal calorie surplus

No dumb as fuck to cut during pubert if ur not a fat 20%+ bf american. Eat like a bitch, just eat a shit ton of everything (no not goyslop, still heathy food) you will set urself up for mogger bones and height (and physiqe if gym as u should)
 
why would u be in a deficit retard ur growing u need as much nutrients as possible
