I get nauseated from even hearing the words

I hate training my legs and I don't feel accomplished from doing so

If you are training for looks, no. Prioritize shoulders, neck, arms, chest and back.

people in this thread saying to focus on your upper body jfl, as if you cant hit your lower half inbetween your upper rest days. if your schedule allows it then you should hit them, its a free test boost at the end of the day and no chick prefers a dude with no leg muscle over some.
 
No unless you have stupidly small legs
