Should I be wearing sunscreen even while indoors ?

Saw a sub section under one of the BotB guides and from previous responses from people saying you should wear sunscreen to help improve collagen, but it wasn't explicitly implied that, that should only be done while outdoors, so if anyone knows can you lmk, im also on tretinoin 0.025 rn taking it every 2 or so days.
