Should I be worried about assymetry

I suspect there is a mm or few in asymmetry in the positing in my eyes. Also one eye is like .2 degrees less positively tilted than the other. No one has ever said anything about it overall and u can I only notice in when I zoom in on my face in photos. It’s not visible from a distance of like 2m maybe less. Anyway it’s my biggest insecurity.
Should I be concerned or get surgery to fix
