Like 2 years ago i was walking my dogs and i let them free and some guys subhuman doglet poodle came running to them and they started fighting

Not even my fault because they dont even attack unless attacked first but the guy got mad and started pressing me and threatening me saying he was gonna fuck me up if that happened again and i just stood there looking at him and said nothing

I was gonna confront him later the same day after coming home but i never found him and only now i see him walking around my area frequently

I am still traumatized and cortisol spiked from not expressing myself that day ngl, i feel like a cuck should i do something to him or just let go?

Hes an aryan chad with long hair but very short and compensates by going to the gym so i mog him in that area
