Should I beat this homeless guy up tomorrow??

So there's this homeless guy who lives on a trail near my house. Everyday I see him he yells at me, postures up, states me down, and tries to mog. I ignore him because 1)he's a homeless guy a foot smaller, what do I gain? 2)do I really want his blood and salvia on me? 3)there's cameras all along the trail so if the police get involved I'm getting caught, then thousands in lawyer fees, public record that employers can see, troubles with travel VISA's, etc.

But I've been training MMA hard lately and have adopted the motto "what would a BBC do?" in every situation, so that homeless guy would have gotten beaten bad the first time he tried something.

there was a homeless guy that would shit on the bus stop close to my house very often even tho there was a public bathroom kinda close
