should i beta carotene maxx

i have brown skin, would beta carotene give me the ideal golden glow or make me darker?

Chances are it won't do shit if you're already tanned. All beta carotene does is add healthy yellow-reddish tones to your skin.

Beta-Carotene is only for palefags like myself who get this deathly-pale skin colour in winter.
