25mcg t3 4x a day with 150 mcg t4 This is goated when on gh and very nice for Periosteal appostion

Watch out tho add sum abalo 100-200mcg

Erda preferably 8mg but do 4mg at the start and see if youre satisfied with growth, if not then do more MGs.
1G sevelamer/meal for Phosphate Side on erda this should be enough when on 4mg.

This should be Everything that You Need for height, don’t do much more since youre 14 and You Can fuck yourself up with ease, im guessing you arent that dumb but I still wouldnt recommend tren etc, dimo can come later..
