imo prp is cope my dad gets it and it doesnt do anything. i have no clue what exosome is so i cant really speak on that. just make sure before the hair transplant that you have some hair left, because for a transplant u need existing donor hair to use.

basically in a transplant they js move hair from one part of ur head to another part, but yeah hair transplant is better, and then once u get it u can use dut and minoxidil
