Should I block this girl I’ve been steadily talking to online for a few months

It’s a massive source of dopamine for an attractive woman to validate you ( she 100% would not look my way irl jfl) but it’s also a massive hindrance on any self improvement, because I’m always anticipating her to text back. I’m never gonna date her, as she lives across the world, so logically it makes sense to block her. But I’m also a social reject and she’s one of the only people I talk to on a daily basis ( I unironically can’t make friends) so talking to her might keep me grounded in reality. TBH I dunno what I should do
