Should I Body Recomp and How do I do it properly?

So i've always been skinny fat for most of my life but I do have 2 years of going to the gym and ive put of a good amount of strength but theres still alot of fat around my stomach and i've been thinking of doing a body recomp but im not sure on how I should go at it.

Im also 16 at 140 lbs so im scared of cutting and ruining devolpment but im also scared to continue bulking since I have around 20% bf

Stay in a slight deficit and keep protein high train high frequency training.
 
is it possible to do a body recomp for a lifters who have been lifting for a year or 2?
absolutely it is. You dont even have to be in a surplus or maintenance to build muscle. Some people keep progressing at large deficits👍
