Im still growing, though Ill enjoy my 15.3cm growth from double LL tibia and femur, honestly just kill yourself.
Many more people than you think go under LL, honestly low iq 6'3 barefoot is optimal height, anything above is monkey unnecessary

Bone smashing on your lower and upper tibia, (with a hammer) it should induce growth, if you use an exercise band tied to your bed during the night afterwards. In my experience this works, personally I have done this since August, and noticed 169cm—> 175cm Would like to hear opposition to this, I am also 18 years old. Milk is cope.

1) banded sleeping wont do shit. The force isnt enough to actually cause any bone seperation. This nigga thinking bones are play dough or some shit. Even in ll they have to use powerful tools with over 60 lbs of force to seperate the bone a few cm over a span of weeks. At best its going to tickle a few tendons if that even.

Also trust me you will not get any sleep if you do this shit
2) in order for wolffs law to work you have to actually put force in your upper tibia

Smashing your shin is just going to damage your tendons and ligaments. Might make some effect on your outter patella but its only going to be on the outter surfaces. The places that contribute to height are inaccesible outside of surgerical procedures

The mineral of your bones will become more stronger, there will be no change in size outside of temporary swelling.

3) even if we assume you could somehow reach your upper tibia (you wont) and wolffs law actually worked like how u think it works (it doesnt) it would lead to

A) deformity
Your bones growth wouldnt be controlled like it is during ll so random spots would receive more force leading to randomized growth and deformity

B) non noticeable results
Its unlikely you will even get deformity even if this shit worked you would gain maybe 0.00001 cm and you would probably lose it after you stopped doing your copes
