i already have decent bones but should i start bonesmashing anyway? i know its mostly cope but there isnt really much to lose if i do it with the right precautions.
Is there anyone on org who has experience with bonesmashing?

Honestly no. What bone you will create wont be real round bone (the desirable one) but a mix of osteophytes or woven bone or a byproduct of calcified hematoma which wont be symmetrical and appealing. Dont cope and go for hardmaxx or fillers to get a desirable, round, aesthetic look

@forwardridge claims it ascended him. (among other things)

me personally i dont think it works :feelswah:

dont twin, bones are chiseled with hormones like hgh and test, wolfs law doesnt work that way and bone smashing could make u hit some nerves in your face, stay safe twin

yes im going to write a thread on this and have it out by monday or sunday. i got clear as day results from it. thread will have a ton of proof craniofacial growth. i have a well formulated bonesmashing regimen that goes further than just relentlessly punching your face.

would still give it a shot.

i had flat zygos in april and now that whole temple/zygomatic region pops out of my face.

theres also a lot of bone growth promoting pharma out there to assist in the process.

then of course theres the theory that its only temporary bone swelling in that area rather than permanent although permanent growth might be possible in puberty

but ur journey is indeed interesting to follow

please tag me in ur future posts

I have tried bonesmashing and it does work but as I told before the results are unpredictable and irreversible. What happens if it won't work out as you want it to and you lose all your harmony and then cant look your own self in the mirror? Then you will need osteotomy to fix the assymetry or hit the other side and pray. It's very risky practice and if you are serious about your looks you should also be smart about them. The real true symetrical change will come from hardmaxxing or fillers (for short-time results) If you wanna bonesmash and pair it with pharma you are upping your chances of fuckking up your face if you dont do it properly.

ofc.

this is completely wrong. your body doesnt just allow hematomas to stay in your face. a hematoma is a trauma induced injury, and our bodies understands that. our bodies, with any injury we get, will try to heal itself as much as possible. our bodies would NEVER leave a hematoma where it is considering its risk for necrosis and/or infection if going untreated, and no bonesmashing induced hematoma would ever need medical intervention. along with that if your body created “woven bone” with bonesmashing, although it may take a while, that woven bone would asbolutely ossify into “real bone”. again our bodies are smart and efficient and have no reason to hold onto a woven bone/less dense bone.
which wont be symmetrical and appealing. Dont cope and go for hardmaxx or fillers to get a desirable, round, aesthetic look
this might be an even worse point. our faces are already asymmetrical as is, so why fearmonger saying bonesmashing will make it more asymmetrical? theres just as good of a chance your face becomes more symmetrical from bonesmashing as it does asymmetrical.

unless you have perfect 100% facial symmetry, then yeah bonesmashing would likely create some asymmetry, but guess what, 0 people in the fucking world have 100% symmetry. along with that, you are growing small amounts of bone over time with bonesmashing, you would need to bonesmash so much and for so long to create a look that is NOTICEABLY more asymmetrical. you would need to be blind and/or retarded for this to happen.

the whole appealing shit he says here is fucking stupid as well. if youre boneless, youre already unappealing, may as well try to grow bones to fix that. and if you do, no one in real life will say “youre bones arent appealing because you bonesmashed them.” that makes zero fucking sense and has zero real world application.

also, dont listen to this guy about fillers. fillers mimic soft tissue, not hard tissue (bone). so if you are recessed in terms of bones, fillers will not save you and will end up migrating to diff parts of the face and ultimately ruin it.

bonesmash or titanium implants.

I see you try to defend your strategy with your life, fully holding into the cope. I respect your coping and ofc i know facial bones have tendency to return to their prefix which proves my point of harmony in the face. Bonesmashing is a poor mans coping strategy who cant accept that the only way is Surgery. And fillers CAN imittate bone formation boyo WTF are you talking about soft tissue.

ill tag u in my bonesmashing thread lmao. coming out tmr or sunday. and yes fillers are meant to imitate soft tissue, implants are to imitate bone jfl how do you not know this. filler migrates over time, do bones or implants? no. does collagen, fat, and elastin? yes. filler is a soft tissue fraud.
