My test levels are like 600 ngdl iirc. Sleep is mostly fine maybe not 100% ideal though. But tbh evenn when I have slept a lot I've had this issue. Also had blood test and I'm pretty sure almost everything was fine.cannot say unless more info could be dopamine, test, sleep , many things ..
Try piribedil for symptom control , amantadine and rasagiline can help regenerate dopaminergic neurons. Sounds like you have mild anhedoniaMy test levels are like 600 ngdl iirc. Is there any test I can do to fgure out whats the root issue, or just trial and error?Try piribedil for symptom control , amantadine and rasagiline can help regenerate dopaminergic neurons.
Apart from checking for vitamin/ micronutrient deficiency there's not much . You can obviously check if it's to do with methylation by taking tmg / creatine/ methylcobalamin and seeing if it gives you more energy. Vitamin d is another big one. Sometimes zinc/ copper is out of whack. B1 deficiency it you eat carbs a lot. But apart from that it's mostly genetic/ environmental factors that led to your anhedonic symptoms. You don't have any history of ssris/ antipsychotics rightIs there any test I can do to fgure out whats the root issue, or just trial and error?
