I applied for the N.Ex.T (NVIDIA Exceptional Talent). I got through the testing rounds. This is the entire process

I made through all of them

1000191562

1000191560

And Now I have an interview

1000191567

All that sounds good but the problem I'm someone with experience and they are offering the entry level role.

The eligibility criteria was kept vague so I thought early career guys like me can also apply.I looked into this position and yeah I can't be given the position. All those tests given waste of time. I need a vacancy for a more senior position. It's not meant for me, when the nvidia recruiter looks at my credentials he'll know I'm not a new grad. Should I bother attending?

You should tbh.

I missed out on a lot of opportunities by not attending stuff.

Theres nothing bad that can happen anyways

Probably should they may consider you for later positions most companies keep CV on file especially for candidates they like for 2 years.
If you get the job will you still take it if it is more junior than you would be hoping?

I'll have to accept lower pay for a better company and its coin flip which department they'll give me training. Overall not worth it tbh. Maybe we if there's a vacancy for a parallel position then they'll consider.

How is the pay for this scheme ? UK tech pay is much lower than America as you know
Very good. Also fast track to promotions but it's for new grads. Not early career. Getting in without these programs is much harder and usually needs referrals
