That’s why u follow the schedule on the box.cycle every 1-2 days

bro do whatever it tells you to do on the box if u get them

Usually it’s

• 1 strip per day
• For 10–14 days straight
• Then STOP for several months

Replacing toothpaste with coconut oil is shit,doesn’t whiten aswell and doesn’t remove plaque aswell

coconut oil does nothing. ask a dentist, they will laugh in your face. brush your teeth 2-3 times a day and get good quality whitening strips or teeth whitening at a reputable dentist.
