How you can have such visible bones with so high body fat?
 
easiest way to escape skinnyfat is to cut until you're lean and then eat in a small surplus while lifting, but if you're still growing you can just eat around maintenance with a slight surplus on heavier lifting days, since you're not that deep into training yet you should grow just fine.

keep in mind that cutting is a quick process compared to bulking, you can easily lose like 0.5% in a week, so if you're ever feeling like you're getting too fat just trim down a little and continue.

for manlet 5.9 like me who weight 63-64kg. How much of protein I Should take per day? Im struggling eating more than 70% graam protein.
2 graams of protein per 1kg so need to eat 128 graam of protein but i recommend to a little more like 135 graam or 140

easiest way to escape skinnyfat is to cut until you're lean and then eat in a small surplus while lifting, but if you're still growing you can just eat around maintenance with a slight surplus on heavier lifting days, since you're not that deep into training yet you should grow just fine.

keep in mind that cutting is a quick process compared to bulking, you can easily lose like 0.5% in a week, so if you're ever feeling like you're getting too fat just trim down a little and continue.
