i fluctuated between 12-15% in these pictures as i was cutting and working out at this time i was way leaner tanner prettier more kept together and cuter shit's like mad crazy dude now im a skinny fat uggo when i was a skinny young aspiring gymcel prettyboy what do i do guys i wanna get better like body recomp cut or bulk watchyall think i kinda wanna bullk cuz im still in puberty growing and wanna prioritize that growth so i may bulk but open to any advice tbh bros

easiest way to escape skinnyfat is to cut until you're lean and then eat in a small surplus while lifting, but if you're still growing you can just eat around maintenance with a slight surplus on heavier lifting days, since you're not that deep into training yet you should grow just fine.

keep in mind that cutting is a quick process compared to bulking, you can easily lose like 0.5% in a week, so if you're ever feeling like you're getting too fat just trim down a little and continue.

I cook my fish by pan searing it on the stove and i add a lot of barbecue-like seasonings on it so it tastes grilled. I do that too with my chicken and add white rice it's like I'm eating Chipotle 🤤

that's around what I eat but I'm probably heavier than you are.

protein consumption doesn't have to be excessive to the point where it's lowering the quality of your diet, but it should be high regardless.
im skinny fat rn should i just bulk until I have more muscle then cut to my ideal weight?
