Should I bulk or cut. 155 ibs 5'11

This is my physique right now. though I feel like you can tell i workout, this is with a pump. I want to get bigger but im worried that the bulk will make me look even more bloated (in my face) than I already do. If i did bulk it would be lean and i wont gain too much fat, but face-wise I would look better if I cut.

bulk 155 at 5'11 is bad even though shirtless u look good I do too, but in a shirt u dont exist its okay u can bulk but dont get too fat and repeat

how much extra calories should. I eat and until what weight. i Was thinkinh like an extra 500 calories until i get to 165. but idk

Just maingain theres no point of bulking

I mean yeah, there is. faster results. Meaning if I bulk then cut, it will be faster than maingaining.

more weight 175 then cut and repeat 20 lbs is not much trust especially first it's gonna be mainly gl0ygocen so u will look leaner and bigger.

ok thank u. but should i bother debloating, bc ive heard it doesn't really work when high bf. Also if debloating does work, any reccomandations on what to do?
