Should i bulk or cut??

I’m 15, 55kg, 18% bf, 169cm
i have a lot of stubborn fat on my face and i think i look a lot better on a cut, but if i drop 3-4kg of fat off then i will be at 52-51kg which is a pretty low weight, i can estimate i would be HTN/Chadlite level if i leaner.

But i want to maintain 55kg or even gain more in lean muscle mass.

If i were to cut to 13-14% (52kg) could i lean bulk out to 55-55kg of muscle but maintaining body fat?

How would i gain muscle though? 55kg is good but going down to 52-51kg would be victim weight i want to gain 3-4kg of muscle, could i do that with maintance calories?

55kg and 18% at 169 its criminal even for a 15y,

focus on healthy food to heightmaxx, gym and a sport

focus on recomp, 1g of protein per 1lbs of weight, u should be around 120lbs so 120 protein.

also track calories, your base its very high at 15, if you are active as well thats how people get skinny fat, you body will burn muscles as well as fat if you go to low. ( and at 55 im not sure you have any )
