every other " 6ft " guy here complains about his height and says 6'1" is average for zoomers when growth charts say 20 year olds are like 5'9.75" on average and then cope about muh immigrants bring the height down when immigrant children are taller than their parents and they don't make that much of the population and from experience I've seen white seniors in my highschool are no more than 5'10" on average

Yep exactly. I measured my height super accurately the other day and I was exactly 6ft, maybe a tiny bit more barefoot. Today I went to school and kept note of many people heightmogged me. There was barely anyone at all who was taller than me. In fact, I heightmogged nearly everyone.

I'm happy with my height. If I grow taller, sweet. But I'm not gonna take shitty drugs or use height boosting apps to make myself 6'.0.75 on a good day.

Depends on how much muscle you got and how you look in the mirror. Cut if you want to look more jacked or keep bulking if you want to get larger.

Never loose your six pack. Cut to 9% or 10%, then bulk to 12%. Repeat.

Never dirty bulk either. There's a limited amount of calories that can be converted to muscle and everything else gets converted to fat. It's extremely easy to hit that amount of calories with whole foods without eating junk. If you eat dirty all of those extra calories will be converted to fat.

20% is a good body fat for muscle gain
unironically maintaining will work for once in someones life in this case
unless you have BDD and are lower
if you look like a twink you are probably leaner than 20%
