Bulk to 90 kg for sure, Cutting is easy asf you can do it anytime but cutting too early means you gotta gain all that weight back which is tuff

Bulk to 90 kg for sure, Cutting is easy asf you can do it anytime but cutting too early means you gotta gain all that weight back which is tuff

calorie surplus during puberty promotes bone growth if his genetics are gonna give him any

Yeah just make sure you're gaining weight responsibly (more lean mass than fat). A lot of places have inbody scanners you can use to make sure you're not just fat fuck maxxing. I found that a daily calorie surplus of 250-300 is about the most you can do natty, because you're basically hard capped at 750 g of muscle growth per month unless you roid or take myostatin inhibitor
 
bulk if you cut you will stay boneless
Listen to this guy. I didn't eat enough in high school, and now im having to do all kinds of shit to try and fraud my way out of boneless land

never bulk when growth plates are still open, or you're wasting bone growth and your height potential. hard to accept (i had to aswell with my fatass face, probably gonna miss out on teenage love cause of that), but rather bulk than stay short&boneless

yea fr i get you, did a hard cut once when i was 13yo and i'm lowkey scared i wasted a few cm due to that. you can tryna reduce fat intake and replace it with carbs or protein, so you're still in surplus but eating leaner. it'll be the ideal case for you
 
Cut down you are fat as fuck and that shit is not optimal for you. get to 12-15%. you will enjoy life more and build muscle easier due to insuline sensitivity
 
Go into a calorie surplus this is essential during puberty for best growth, 200-300 kcal above maintenance.
 
Chopped physique id focus on recomping and getting a tad leaner before the bulk
