Should I bulk up or cut?

I'm 15 years old, 171 cm tall, and weigh 67 kg. I go to the gym 4 times a week. I'm not fat, but I'm not facially defined either. My body fat percentage is currently 18-20%. Should I cut down or continue bulking?

cut down to ~10% the maingain

Just eat healthy and do your cardio don’t go on an extreme deficit or you can stunt growth.

i wouldnt full cut but def dont try a bulk. if i were you i would try to maintain or eat only slightly less
