Currently around 135-140 5'9 14 abt to turn 15 I have a decent farm and a good physique for someone my weight and age

and if I should what should I do to, what should be my calorie intake, and then after I bulk what should I cut down to

yeah and train shoulders. gonna make your whole upper body look better
 
Yea i would recommend a bulk. Make sure to raise your calorie intake by 500-750to bulk and 250-500 less for cutting but make sure your eating correctly
 
physique isnt the greatest but train more chest and shoulders to fill out
 
Plenty of 15 year olds mog you bad. Bulk up bro. Speaking from experience being skinny isn’t that fun. Make sure you hit your protein everyday. Start tracking calories. Ascend bro.

Looks like you have potential. Currently practically zero muscle on you but we can fix that.

Your obliques look strong, hopefully this also means you have good ab genetics. These combined make for an aesthetic physique.

Main focus right now considering your neck is already rather wide would be capping your delts and adding some depth to your chest, and some width on your arms.

Your current weight places you comfortably in the victim category, so I would say probably bulk at least 10kg and see what you look like. This may take months to years. GL.
