Well if you're willing to take a felony assault charge and spend the next 2-3 years in jail then by all means.

I was just giving you an option that would most likely keep you out of trouble. If you get a few friends together and beat him to a bloody pulp there is no room for "reasonable doubt". You will almost certainly be caught and given a felony assault charge.
