Should i buy 10mg Reta or 5mg? I wanna make the process slow to avoid loose skin

Also I doubt you’ll get loose skin. I took 8mg of Reta over 2-3 weeks or something and lost 15-20 lbs. it was a while ago so I don’t remember

So if u get 10mg it would be .5 mg in each vial? Idk if I had 12mg in 1 vial I would do
Week 1: 2
Week 2: 3
Week 3: 3
Week 4: 4

If I had 12 mg in 2 vials I’d take it slower obv, just take 1mg for the first time and see how you feel and go from there

I would recommend around 10lbs lost per month if you’re worried about loose skin. It depends on how fat you are but aim for 40lbs lost in 6 months if you’re really concerned
