Yes but reta can also be continued to maintain the lower weight, not just achieving weight loss. Definitely a good idea to do both aqualyx and botox while being as lean as u can

why aqualyx over ultrasonic cavitation? but either way wait till you're leaner, get to like 13%-16% and use ultrasonic cavitation or aqualyx or wtv on your entire midsection OR just get fully leaner until you're satisfied and then use aqualyx or ultrasonic cavitation to remove anything that hasnt gone away
