also make sure your getting good sunlight and cardio

Get x-ray on knee and if they are open you should. I was 15 6ft1 little did I know i stopped growing after that and actually shrunk to 6'. Idk why but yeah. It's a good idea to use HGH because 5'10 is NOT a good height in today's society
