Should i buy melatonin?

Hello my name is Welli and im 17 years old,

Recently i have a bit of problems with sleeping i go to bed at 10 o clock and cant sleep and only seep at 12:30.

So is melatonin good for sleeping better more and faster? Should i try a melatonin supplement? Or will it harm my natural melatonin. I hope melatonin will reduce a bit of pufiness, uee and wither sclera and my eyebags

I would be happy for an cool advice!

And yes, you should take melatonin very beneficial. I would recommend 0.3 mg every single night just chew it in your mouth and then have some water. I take it and it works.

you can use it for like 2 weeks but dont use it longer than that or it could damage ur natural sleep pattern

Do it and it wont hurt your production. It can even increase hgh but I dont think allot tho.

Melatonin is great, I've found not using any screens roughly 1hr before bed works just as well

u could improve your circadian rhythm by watchin the sunset :Life: it makes ya produce melotonin, u could try magnesuim glycinate supp, avoid light at night time yk, thats what i got for u welli

yeah just take a low dose so you dont mess up natural melatonin production
