Increase by .5/1 until at desired dose
Clinical doses started at 4mg ended at 12mg
I’m on 4mg

Am currently doing 2,5mg weekly with no prior glp1 usage and 4 weeks into reta.
You can go for 2mg first pin but I would ramp up to 4mg in the following weeks depending on response

Idk much about tirz but side effects for Reta go from constipations/ diarrhea to stuff like pancreatitis / gallbladder issues / strong dizziness. But like if you go step by step ( 1mg -> 2mg so on an so forth ) you should be fine it’s just less risky
