I use https://a.co/d/aVKfyJU it has BHA that causes purging, I use this one since BHA deals with sebaceous filaments

for blackheads, try putting like argan oil on your nose, then rubbing the oils out. and using a oil cleanser after. using bha everyday is horrid. also research a chemical exfoliator for your bumps.
