Should i cal deficit

I’m 15 5’10 65kg and skinny build,my face seems to always look puffy and chubby and I was wondering why should I do?Cal deficit or just eat clean no sugar?Pms if u want to see pics
 
It depends on your goal, depend if you want to look like a model like Jordan : full lean / debloat face or have a high appael and muscles and it's hard to say without a photo, u can be 65kg and "fat" or 65kg and lean

Why the fuck would you want to lower calories if you're 15 and have a skinny build at 65kg? If your face is puffy and fat, then exercise, eat nutrient dense foods, and have quality sleep
