I have a very narrow jaw but I have hollow cheeks. I am very lean probably close to 10% body fat. Does having hollow cheeks mean you have atleast straight gonions if not flared? I imagine if you had inward gonions you wouldn't be able to have hollow cheeks no matter how lean u got. I know if you have straight or flared gonions chewing can be a great looksmax and that's what I plan to do to hypertrophy my masseter muscles and have a wider looking jaw.
