I chewed gum more in my right side of my face more now its more developed.Should i chew in the left side to fix the assymetry. The only reason im asking this is because i have seen people say it will cause even more assymetry. So what should i do

yeah chew on that side for a bit and then when the gap is almost closed, id recomend chewing with the front and that will build them up equally

im strictly talking about the jaw muscle, also idk where ur asymmetry is and how bad it is but supposedly these can help to fix:

It's not advisable to deliberately chew more on one side of your jaw. Doing so could potentially exacerbate any existing imbalance in your jaw muscles, leading to further issues like temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder. Instead, focus on maintaining balanced chewing habits and consider consulting a dentist or a specialist if you're experiencing jaw discomfort or imbalance. They can provide personalized advice based on your specific situation.
