He cannot compare to someone with nearly two decades of professional guidance and practice by some personal research. Most of the knowledge is also gated. So he has no acces to even if he wanted.

some surgeons are really bluepilled and not good though. they do linear advancments sometimes even though ccw rotation was needed, and you end up looking like a monkey. some surgeons are too conservative and do to little advancements and you look almost the same as before the surgery. some do camouflage surgery like ching win and genioplasty, even though bimax was needed to fix recession and fix airway. you wont believe how many mistakes surgeons do without even knowing they do mistakes, @SixCRY is very blackpilled and wouldnt go for a surgeon whose surgery plan he wouldnt like.
