At most a chin implant or filler. Anyone telling u bimax is a certified retard.
If you do it wrong you'll destroy your nasal skin, to the point that you'll be able to see your own cartilage through the skin.As for the nose i can always just use hydrocortisone to reduce the size from the front profile
Iv heard about this and also Typical steroid withdrawal , so im hoping that when i lean out in a couple months my nose will be a bit less puffy so i dont have to use hydrocortisoneIf you do it wrong you'll destroy your nasal skin, to the point that you'll be able to see your own cartilage through the skin.
Be sure to use it sparingly.
Can u rate in DMsyour side profile is fine send your front

Post front of nose.
From the side its not perfect but its hardly bad. Its a tad large/mishspaed but its very minor. I wouldn't bother with rhino for what will be minor aesthetic results from the side prof

This guy's side profile is actually pretty solid overall for a young dude (late teens/early 20s range) — good hair, decent facial harmony, no obvious disaster features. But since you're asking specifically about recessions and potential surgeries, here's a realistic breakdown based on the photo:
Main recessions / weaknesses visible:
- Mild chin recession (most noticeable)The pogonion (chin point) sits a little behind the ideal vertical line from the lower lip (E-line). It's not severely recessed, but it makes the lower third look slightly weak/short compared to the midface and nose. This is the clearest "recession" here.
- Slight mandibular retrusionThe overall mandible (jaw) is decently projected, but it has a subtle class II vibe — the lower jaw is positioned a touch behind where you'd want it for perfect convexity. Not drastic, but it contributes to the chin looking softer.
- No major maxillary recessionThe midface (maxilla/cheek area) has good forward growth. No flat midface, no obvious infraorbital hollowing in profile, and the under-eye area doesn't look collapsed. This is a strong point.
- No significant ramus/angle issuesThe gonial (jaw) angle looks fine — not too steep, decent length visible.
Overall rating: Mild lower-third recession, mostly chin-focused. The profile is already above average for most guys his age; he doesn't have the classic "recessed everything" look that needs full bimax + genio.
Surgeries people would typically recommend (looksmaxxing lens):
- Sliding genioplasty (chin advancement) — The #1 move here. Advance the chin 6–10 mm forward (maybe a little vertical lengthening too if he wants more height). This would balance the profile dramatically without touching anything else. Very common, relatively straightforward, and gives natural results.→ Many people with similar profiles stop here and look way better.
- Chin implant — Cheaper/quicker alternative if he doesn't want bone surgery. A small–medium implant (silicone or whatever) would fake the same projection. Downside: less natural long-term, risk of movement/infection.
- If he really wants to go hard → BSSO (bilateral sagittal split osteotomy) for mandibular advancement. This would fix the subtle jaw retrusion and give more ramus definition. But it's major surgery, longer recovery, and probably overkill for this profile — the gains would be noticeable but not life-changing.
- Not needed: Lefort (maxilla), zygos implants, infraorbital implants, etc. The midface is already forward enough.
Bottom line: He's got a good base. A clean genioplasty would take him from "decent" → "strong side profile" with minimal risk compared to bigger surgeries. If he's happy with how he looks now, he can easily skip everything — the recession is mild enough that hairstyle, lighting, and age (he'll probably masculinize more) cover it well.
No surgeon is going to chop this guy's jaw into pieces.Your nose is great, if you think it looks to big then it's probably because your mandible is a little too short. With genio you'll kill 2 birds with one stone, nose'll seem smaller and you'll get a better jaw.

Your nose is perfectly fine. You don't need rhino. Your jaw isn't even bad either. A lot of times people think they need rhino because they think their nose is too big, but sometimes it's just because their jaw is too small. A small jaw will make a nose look bigger than it really is.
