Should i consider LL surgery?

For reference i'm 5'7 (170 cm truly unfrauded) with a 5'9 wingspan and long torso. I don't think height limits me that much with girls since i have a big dih (dihmaxxing would make me 7.25x6 nbp at the pubis), 83 HZ voice and rich soon (i think).

Anyway, i'm curious of what you would say. And if you don't recommend, is frauding height with insoles legit or seen as insecure?

Ik i would look way better, i'm not denying that. Like i actually can't believe sometime girls like my deviated crooked nose but it litterally doesn't matter for girls (not boys since i get flamed of my nose sometime). Like i'm telling you they do not care at all.
