Should I consider suicide if mental health professionals reject helping me?

They said that they don't believe in their abilities to help me and after waiting months for a first therapy session they rejected me, this isn't the first time and I am runing out of options.
Why is nobody willing to help me?
Why am I treated like an Untermensch but they keep pretending that I am an equal human being?
Why will nothing make me happier and have a good life?
How can I have a good outlook on life if not even the people who should be able to help me try to deconstruct these thoughts?


I consider killing myself and honestly nobody cares If I'd do it.
Humans only have empathy from people they can gain something from.
I am literally an abused dog with no happy end to it.
