MSE does not do anything for your jaw width/bigonial width, it only affects the maxilla aka your upper jaw. To know if you need MSE post a picture of you smiling with teeth and a picture of the roof of your mouth with your top teeth included.

I don't think you need it. Your palate is U shaped, and your smile is wide, don't know your inter-molar width but I still don't think you need MSE, would be too extreme in your position. Also, I see no crossbite. You're good.
