Benefit from MARPE or MSE

Wondering if the benefits of MARPE or MSE outweigh the downsides like wider nose, eye distance. I could def use a wider maxilla but my nose is already pretty big and if my eyes were further apart i’d look like a retard.

Nose also isn't huge whatsoever rep both my posts.

It barely changes your IPD, like less than half a mm for 10mm of expansion, it's insignificant and imperceptible. The cheekbone gains are real though, if you have a wide face then I'd be cautious about getting it. It can make you moonfaced
