Should i consume accutane??

I have currently alot of acne on my face, chest, back. I have been at dermatologist but they barely helped. Some dude sees my nose as ngas and i dont fucking like that i have heard that accutane may smaller the nose too

Not existing ones but you can js derma stamp and do topical and injectable ghk-cu
